The buyer purchases a physical print, not the copyright to the image.

High-quality printers and premium paper are used to ensure the best possible result.

Please note however that variations in screen displays may cause minor colour and contrast differences between screen and print.

Cropping usually won't vary but if it did it would only be minimal.

We are unable to accept returns due to change of mind since we print and package to order.

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your product arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage, including the packaging, and email them along with the details to contactfocusandsoul@gmail.com within 7 days of arrival and a replacement will be arranged in a suitable timeframe.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days from the date of purchase.  Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
